Live Facilitation

Effective Leadership Facilitation can help individuals improve and build upon what's currently happening in the organization and increase performance, motivation and overall effectiveness for the future.

GLS' experienced facilitators provide participants with the critical skills needed to enhance future success while impacting bottom-line results.

Hybrid (Live and virtual delivery)

Blending the best of both the "live" and virtual worlds we provide facilitation mixing both opportunities to meet face-to-face while blending in our virtual tools along the way.

Virtual

There are a variety of technology platforms currently available to support this type of learning. We can generally work with the technology the client has available as long as it includes breakout rooms, white boards, chat, polls and video conferencing capabilities. We will also optimize additional features such as water cooler and social media options if available.

Train-the-Trainer Programs

For organizations seeking cost-effective ways to implement solutions involving large populations of managers and frontline workers, we certify on-site client facilitators to teach our content.

 

We will also work with you to customize and adapt the program to your organization's needs.

Client facilitators

Facilitators or trainers within our clients' organizations can become certified in a variety of ways. Our preference is for client facilitators to attend the program live, and then attend the live and or hybrid certification program. Depending upon the specific program, alternatives to live attendance exist. Many of our programs and workshops have been uploaded to our Client Portal and can be viewed as part of your certification process. If a client facilitator chooses to view a program or workshop through our Portal, they must then attend a live certification program or be supported by our virtual coaching program.

All of our certification experiences and materials are designed to ensure that you are a highly effective facilitator and enable you to choose the best method for your budget, timing and skill development.
