Motivation Style

This reaches below the surface and defines the reasons that drive an individual to utilize their talents in the unique way they do. This assessment will help participants understand their motivators and drivers and how to maximize their performance by achieving better alignment and passion for what they do.

Thinking Style

This measures the ability of an individual to organize his or her intellectual and emotional intelligence, and shows the extent to which leaders have developed the capacity to access their talents. It provides objective information regarding such variables as one's strategic thinking ability, attention to concrete detail, intuitive insight, persistence, consistency, systems orientation, sensitivity to others, confidence, optimism, self-regard, emotional control and drive level.

Behavioral Style (DISC)

This helps us understand behavioral traits in multiple environments, and offers strategies for increasing participants' effectiveness in particular situations and relationships.
