We challenge leaders to transform their teams and organizations by "ReImagining" their leadership

I never really took the time to assess myself. Now I am much more conscientious about the dynamics and can self-correct when I find I am slipping into a particular role. This has led to greater insight into how I conduct myself and the impact of this on others.

I am a new manager trying to reorganize a department. Staff was unsettled and anxious about the transition. I have used many of the skills and examples to work with the team. Positive feedback to them, honest open dialogue, asking them to identify their strengths and role in the department reorganization. Sharing my personality profile with them and openly discussing it as a group and individually. As a result a strong sense of team trust is being developed. Better sense of self as a leader.

I bring one learning point from these session to my senior staff management meeting each month for discussion. It opens up the lines of communication.

I am managing my time differently using techniques to lead my staff by empowering them and focus groups used to taking their suggestions for an improved work environment based on their desires. I feel re-energized from the discussions and information shared.
